NEW YORK--Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda told U.S President Barack Obama during their first face-to-face meeting Wednesday that he would do his utmost to relocate the U.S. Marine Corps' Futenma Air Station in Okinawa Prefecture in line with the 2010 accord between Tokyo and Washington.
