U.S. troops are losing confidence in the military's long-term chances of success in Afghanistan, a new poll has revealed.
The Military Times survey found less than half of serving soldiers believe the U.S. is 'very likely' or 'somewhat likely' to succeed in Afghanistan.
The number is down from 2007, when more than 75 percent of those polled said the U.S. was 'very likely' or 'somewhat likely' to succeed.

  1. You bet apeman! And when they get back let's make sure they get the medical help they need for their broken bodies and minds. Also let's make sure that war crimes committed in our name against innocent people be punished!

  2. Afghanistan should not be classified as a war where one side wins and somebody else surrenders. This is a ongoing police action where ongoing criminal activity can only be suppressed.
