"Fast And Furious" Just Might Be President Obama's Watergate

Frank Miniter, who wrote this piece, is the author of Saving the Bill of Rights and The Ultimate Man’s Survival Guide.

Why a gunrunning scandal codenamed “Fast and Furious,” a program run secretly by the U.S. government that sent thousands of firearms over an international border and directly into the hands of criminals, hasn’t been pursued by an army of reporters all trying to be the next Bob Woodward or Carl Bernstein is a story in itself.  http://www.forbes.com/sites/realspin/2011/09/28/fast-and-furious-just-might-be-president-obamas-watergate/

  1. HORSE HOCKEY!!! The Bush cabal has been running drugs over the border with Mexico for the S&Bs since 1952 or earlier. I have a photo of Bush 41's 'Operation 40' hit squad which includes JFK shooter Frank Sturgis, Felix Rodriguez, Porter Goss, Bush's #1 cocaine flier Barry Seal, and about half a dozen other guys dressed alike sitting around a banquet table in a Mexico City night club around 1958.

Obama's watergate? You can do better than that. 9-11? The oil well blow out in the GOM? Wall Street fraud? Letting Geithner push him around like it was a Bowery orphanage back in the 19th century? HAARP weather attacks? BP on the loose? BUSH41 or BUSH43 on the loose? I feel like I'm taking my kid to the trout farm to 'get the big one'.

Guns for drugs. Mena airport ring a bell? How about the Venice, Florida airport? Government-mob connections have been running dope through there since the 1930s with Chennault's Flying Tiger air service. Bush's drug pilots are sometimes trained there and Jeb kept his commuter service in the same hanger as the flight school teaching the 9-11 hijacker patsies to fly and drop drugs. Nothing there either, RIGHT?
    I need a drink, but I don't drink.

  2. Right on apeman! You are very well read. Many of America's "leading families" made their first big money in the Opium trade with their English and Dutch cousins. We didn't get in the mess we are in overnight! This putrid stew has been simmering for a long time!
